Winter Camp
SUNDAY NIGHT
MONDAY NIGHT
This camp is for the committed wrestler (Grades K-12) who wants to train over the holidays.
Suffering: Some wrestlers hate it, other wrestlers embrace it, while a smaller few love it.
This camp will have five sessions like our fall camp, but will be compacted into two days. The main focus of this camp is to maximize your wrestler’s intensity. We will be doing that by learning technique, hard drilling, and live wrestling. Our goal is to help your wrestler sharpen their technique before the final push toward accomplishing their goal…Becoming a State Champion!
Jordan Trained
System of Wrestling
The Jordan Trained system benefits wrestlers of all levels through a system that has been time-tested by today's BEST. Each wrestler is taught a curriculum of technique that will be drilled over, and over, and over to develop long-term muscle memory. Through this intense repetitive drilling, wrestlers develop confidence not only in their technique but also in themselves.

Each session we cover one technical area and drill that technique until mastered. Throughout each session, technique will be drilled and not forgotten. In addition to the technical development at camp, the last session of each day will include 1 hour of live wrestling. Your wrestler will get 20-25 mini matches throughout the weekend. During these sessions the wrestler will be challenged. They will face opponents that they can beat and that can beat them. Whether they are a first year wrestler or a State Champ, they will be placed in an environment where they can improve.

Each session we cover one technical area and drill that technique until mastered. Throughout each session, technique will be drilled and not forgotten. The last session of camp culminates with a 30 minute intense drill that is watched and filmed by parents and coaches. This will demonstrate what the wrestlers have learned from session 1 to session 12. The parents and coaches will feel and see the change in their wrestler's ABILITY, CONFIDENCE, and ATTITUDE.
In addition to the technical development at camp, the last session of each day is devoted to live wrestling. Your wrestler will get 50-70 mini matches during the week. During these sessions the wrestler will be challenged. They will face opponents that they can beat and that can beat them. Whether they are a first year wrestler or a State Champ, they will be placed in an environment where they can improve.
There are no distractions! Your wrestler will be focused on one thing: WRESTLING! All wrestlers sleep right on the wrestling mats on a sleeping bag or air mattress in the wrestling room. Whether your athlete is a first year wrestler or a National Champ, they will be in an environment designed around their needs to help them reach their potential. Each wrestler is important to us and every effort is made to ensure your athlete gets the most beneficial wrestling experience possible. If your wrestler is not afraid of hard work and wants to reach their full potential in the sport of wrestling, this camp is a must!
